"Soaking it In"

I've had this painting in my head for a long time. While on the ferry going to Ocracoke this past December, I sketched out the idea. Once the sketch was done I knew it felt right for a painting.
You know I've been waiting for this one! Love it, love it, love it. Just as I imagined. Good work!
