Just a quick *hello* to my blog-friends. Preparing for a two day festival on the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina! Lots left to be done but we're making good progress with new paintings.

Douglas - I thought I had commented already. Maybe I did? Blogger has been so whimsical lately I don't know which is less reliable, this site or my memory! At any rate, it merits saying once, twice or many times - best of luck with your festival! I hope you receive much good feedback, both verbal and the kind that comes with dollar signs attached! You deserve it all.

I've slowed down just enough to check emails, respond to comments and look at what everyone else is doing and getting inspired. The festival is this coming weekend and I'm really looking forward to being in the middle of it all.
